This artifact is a design plan created to educate Walters State Community College teachers and faculty about how to use the Apple Reminders application.

 

Rationale: This instructional design plan showcases my ability to design an effective learning environment through the creation of learning objectives, activities, and assessments. To accomplish this task, my teammate and I collaborated to implement our theoretical knowledge and applied the best practices of various learning principles to determine what activities would best support our objectives and how we would be able to evaluate the learners.

Description: This artifact showcases the design of an online counseling graduate course educating future school counselors about working with students with learning disabilities.

 

Rationale: This online course proposal evidences I have mastered the design of learning environments. Through the application of our theoretical knowledge and research of the topic, my colleagues and I created lesson plans by choosing relevant materials and learning methods to construct an online course comprised of both synchronous and asynchronous instruction.
